Shipping & Delivery

We deliver islandwide across Singapore. All dishes are kept frozen and delivered via our cold-chain partners to preserve freshness and food safety.

Delivery fees

• Free delivery on all orders of S$100 or more.
• For orders below S$100, a standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.
• Combo bundles include delivery — the price you see is the price you pay.

Processing & timing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched. Delivery timing may vary during peak periods and public holidays.

Cold-chain handling

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as items are frozen and temperature-sensitive. If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery.
