This Curry Potato Pumpkin for a chilly day is gonna make your tummy happy!

The taste is flavourful, with multiple layers of natural spices aroma,
perfectly creamy and very very fragrant💥

Perfect to be eaten with rice or even bread.
It may look difficult to cook but it's actually super simple!😍

  • Our recipes do not contain garlic, onion, nor animal products. 



  • Pumpkin (250g)
  • Potato (200g)
  • Pinxin's Curry Paste (3 tbsp)


  • Water (300g)
  • Coconut Cream (100g)
  • Lemongrass (10g)
  • Curry Leaf (1g)
  • Laksa Flower (2g)
  • Cilantro (1g)



Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until simmering. Add the lemongrass, curry leaves and saute for about 1 min.


Add the potatoes, pumpkins and mix well. Cook it for around 1 min.


Add the Curry Paste and mix well until it all combines together with the ingredient.


Add on the water, cook it until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.


Then pour in the coconut cream and stir to combine. Cook for another 1 min.


Serve with cooked rice or naan and garnish with fresh cilantro.
