DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, we are able to provide tracking information on all orders if you contact our team. We normally do an update via Whatsapp.
Alternatively, you may use third-party tracking websites such as https://tracking.my to insert your tracking number.

We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If the customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double-check any spam folders. Pinxin Vegan, cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing Pinxin Vegan with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. Pinxin Vegan does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
