Pan-fried Penang Laksa Pancake 😍 Simple yet yummy snack to make☀️

 
Note:

Ingredient

Main-Ingredient:

  • Spinach (20g)
  • Cabbage (30g)
  • Eryngii Mushroom (80g)
  • Zucchini (40g)
  • Red Chilli (5g)
  • Torch Ginger (1g)

Sub-Ingredient:

  • Cornstarch (30g)
  • All-purpose Flour (1 medium)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Water (1 1/2 cup)

 

Step:

Cut all ingredient into thin slices

 

Prepare a pot of boiling water to cook the spinach, and set it aside

 

Prepare a mixing bowl, add in the all-purpose flour and cornstarch, mix it with salt

 

Slowly add in the water to combine the flour and mix until smooth, then add in the laksa paste.

 

Add in the ingredient to the mixture flour combine well

 

Heat up the oil with frying pan, pour the flour mixture into the frying pan

 

Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 6 minutes, until golden brown

 

Transfer to a large plate, serve while hot !
